Abalone at SGD4.9

Went to meet my friendster friend yesterday.. yupz its friendster friend.. got to know her through friendster... hahaha and I think she is the first friend i made because of MD.... we happen to be MD friends and she PM me and tat is how we get to know each other... and guess wat, we realise that we are actually quite similar in a lot of ways apart from MD... from our idols when we were kids... to Olanda Bloom to Zhang Xiao Xian... to be a saggi... we were like o.m.g how can we share so many things in common... and the most scary thing is yesterday while we are at Far East Jalan Jalan... which ever bag that i touch and look before she will also be looking at it.. i din't tell her tat cos she probably din't notice (cos she take more time to see one bag)... we even realise we have a common friend hahahaa... so interesting to see how we are actually linked....

anyway.. she brought me to this place to eat at Lucky Plaza... the food is actually quite nice.. very hong kong style... they serve abalone and shark fins (yucks)... i ate the set which has a baby abalone.. i really mean baby.. maybe the size of my thumb... but the noodles is actually quite nice... and i think its quite cheap... the set consists of chinese tea (duhz), noodles (chose between udon or guo tiao and the noodles is dry but with sauce and chili which taste like hei bi hiam), 3 stalks of xiao bai cai, 3 mushroom, some scallop bits and the baby abalone and white fungus for desert.. all for 4.9 with no plus... i find it rather cheap and good... think they have bigger abalones but the set will cost about $10... hmmmz... next time can really go there again.. the noodles is really not bad (although cannot compare to 10 fen qie zai mian) considering the price... hahaha....

so while eating we discuss about our f**king jobs, our trips overseas (pple go spain leh... so good.. sighz...), mediacorp (she happens to work in mediacorp, previously from channel U) ... actually majority of our time is spend talking about the all prestigious tv station of ours... and how well our so call e-news (zhou 5 yu le wang) is actually done.... of course we talk a bit on MD... again she throw me the question tat MD music is not like before.. and she make herself promise that she will not go all gaga over MD again... hmmzz.....

anyway she was telling me abt her experience at PS... she told me she went up to say just "Jia You" to all of them... then when she reach monster.. monster actually put down his pen... look into her eyes and say you too... she's thinking is it because of the thing she did that monster actually remember her... i mean she did something bad the other time at HMV... she gave monster a letter with a photo of her and MD and i think some TKZC photo also.. then she wrote behind the photo something like there is so many fans but how many do you actually remember.... so she start to think is it because of the letter that monster remember her.... ermm... actually i think there is possibility... as we all know monster have good memory.. beside she have done a 1 to 5 interview with them... so.... i really wonder...

so... after we finish our food.. we went far east jalan jalan.... but most of the shops were closing.. din't realise far east shop close so early.. it was like only 8+... so we got no choice but being force to go borders... and yes you guess it.. i bought another book again... so i have another book on my list to read.... but luckly my xiao yan jing abt to finish liaoz... so hopefully by next week i can start on this new book... hahaa.. that is my "kuan" buy and buy then by the time i start to read i probably loose interest... so die die also must start reading that book next week else waste money...
