After making our way to the stage we find a good spot and start to make ourselves comfortable... we laid our mats so we can put our bags down.. we discuss about Lee Dong Gun and our president... and also on how to take over QH when she run out of tape / battery for her V8....
after much discussion and hala-ing, the fireworks finally start... as mention earlier it was mesmerizing... too bad i have to conserve my tape and battery for later performance.. else i will tape it down... shortly after the fireworks and sending off our president, we have Taufik and Rui En singing... it was such a "creative idea" you noe.. they first play the National Day theme song with no artiste on stage and everybody is wondering where Taufik and RuiEn is... after the whole song has completed, then they re-introduce Taufik and RuiEn again this time to sing live... oh my.. they work so hard to let us differeniate between a live version and a lip sync version.. Sooooooo kind of them.....
Then concert by the bay started.. the first the come on stage is Dongin.. ermm... seriously i'm not impress by their performance.. i dunno.. am i being spoilt by MD, Emil and Ah Yue or wat? how come i don't feel the rock-ness in them? there is like no interaction between the crowd and them.. they are doing their own performance and the crowd is just listening to them and watsoever... even for their songs which i know i don't really feel anything when i sing with them.. no exciteness no nothing... well, probably they are new tats why.. so i think they need to accumlate more stage performance experience... BUT there is one thing which i wanna mention.. i really can't stand it anymore.. must they bring themselves with mayday?? First was the marketing, then the advertisement also mention mayday and FIR... and even the lead-singer mention MD during their performance... i'm like duhz... i can understand the marketing and advertisement strategy.. but they themselves do they have to do it? ain't they confident enuff about their own music?
Next came Natural Q... and i went natural high.. hahaha... i'm not sure about the crowd in front but around me i was one of the highest!!! they were good.. i'm impress how Wawa can change to blow the instrument so fast and continue to sing... but its a pity i don't get to hear "lao chu nv"... i'm kinda of regret nvr went for their performance at heeren.. they are good although i can't really stand the way Wawa talks.. but i think thats her voice... typical taiwanese girls voice... pple who sings alot at pubs do perform much better... they sang "zuo zai xiang kou de na dui na nv", "Zi Ran Juan", "99 di yan lei" and "feng he ri li"...
Then was Yu Heng and Xu Hua... For Yu Heng i'm not so familar with her songs.. so not much comment.. as for tat Xu Hua... she really thinks we are all idiots by lip syncing to Coco's voice and saying she is only 17??? and the rest of her performance was really not worth mentioning...
Next on is Mayday!!!

I was screaming for Natural Q at the back! The unusual guy at the entrance to the VIP area kept giving me weird looks.
i was like chao high de when natural q came out! i think wawa is very cool! and super good at multi-tasking! i agree abt her voice..; its a little too teh. haa
