What do you want?

Not suppose to be blogging now.. cos i have tonnes of work which i'm trying to complete ASAP... but today ufm1003 2530 set me into thinking... so i think i should write something down before i forget...

Today story talks about how Carrie marriage went into pieces because she is too career minded and took her husband for granted. As a result the husband zao sai and is with a young women. The husband explanation was of course he didn't found the love he needs from Carrie. They didn't share a common interest, didn't have a common goal and didn't even have a balance sex life.

Well.. i agree that when a relationship goes wrong, both party has to be responsible. In Carrie sense she took her husband for granted and didn't attend to his emotional and physical needs. Of course the husband is in the wrong too. He should have talk to things out with Carrie and not let the problem sit and worst to find condolences from another woman.

Well... as a 3rd party its always easier for us to take it from a more objective stand. So i can't say for myself that i will not repeat the same mistakes... Cause as time progresses we take the pple around us for granted... from our parents, siblings to our partner... this is a common mistake in all of us... we always assume they will forgive all of our mistake... but what if we didn't get the chance to be forgiven will we regret? is there always a tomorrow for us to repent? Life has too much uncertainty for us to say that there will always be a tomorrow isn't it?

And in the story, Carrie went down on her knees to apologise to the husband... to beg him to stay... an audience sms in to UFM and say that she didn't like the part.. cos Carrie is suppose to be a very strong woman and should not go down on her knees.. she is throwing the face of all women....

Well I don't know the age of the audience that sms in... but I think I would have the same mentality as the audience if it is like a few years back.. when i'm still young and immature... but now i have a different thinking... no matter how successful a person (whether man or woman) is in his career, there will be bound to be times where he / she will yearn to have the love and companionship of his/her partner... cos human has emotions... they won't be able to statisfy this emotional need from their career or other places....

but doesn't mean if i'm Carrie i will go down on my knees to beg and to apologise... actually i don't really know what i will do if i'm in a similar situation (cos hypothetical questions are hard to answer.. hahhaaa) Objectively, i think there is no point going down on the knees to beg.. because his heart has went to another person... is not something you can beg it back.... but when things really happen to you.. i guess we can't really stay that clear headed anymore...
