Just heard on radio that the recommended listening on the earphone per day is about 1/2 hour to 1 hour.. depending on the type of earphone you use.... Else it will affect your hearing ablility.
My normal average number of hours on the earphone is about 5 hours! no wonder my hearing is getting from bad to worst.... but i don't have a choice.. boss do not allow us to listen to radio or cds openly... only through earphone...
if i listen on 1 ear for 1 hour, the other ear for another hour... so total i only have 2 hours... what is going to happen to the rest of the 3 hours???
